 Identity Verification and Payment Authorization

At WE FILE IT, we adhere to standard identity verification procedures and require payment authorization when the payee is not listed as a Director, Incorporator, owner, or partner in the business. In these cases, we cannot proceed with the business registration until we successfully verify the identity of the payer and obtain consent for payment authorization. If the payment is made via E-transfer, the payee may bypass this verification process.

We strive to provide all services with a turnaround time of one business day. However, our ability to do so is dependent on the availability of Government services/applications. While we can't guarantee a one-day return due to possible disruptions, we always aim to meet that timeline when possible. There’s no extra charge for our expedited service; it’s simply how we operate.
